01 - Our rates include:
Exclusively the services listed above, except for the extensions that the parties agree together expressly.
02 - Our rates do not include:
Extras, telephone calls, tips to drivers and tourist guides, washing / ironing clothes and any other service not previously specified in the reservation.
03 - Transportation:
It is only included if specified in the corresponding items. According to the services provided by contracted transportation companies.
04 - Accommodation:
The Company guarantees the category of accommodation in the requested hotel or similar.
05 - Form of payment:
All individual passenger reserves remain firm once paid the agreed payment and the balance by arrangement agreed with the administrative department of our company. The price remained fixed only after payment of the total contracted service.
For group reservations it has to be booked with a 50% deposit into our bank account and the balance 20 days before the trip.
06 - Variations:
The Operator reserves the right to make alterations or partial in unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, without altering the provision of services. In case of complete trips that include transportation with scheduled departures, they may be delayed or canceled if not completed the minimum number required for the normal fulfillment of the tour, taking passengers entitled to a refund of the amount paid without interest or compensation.
If the trip had to be extended beyond the terms set by fortuitous causes beyond the control of the company, the costs will be borne by the passenger.
07 - Responsibility:
The Operator assumes no responsibility for accidents and their consequences, strikes, delays or anticipation of schedules, weather conditions, natural disasters, government decisions, theft, loss or damage to baggage and / or personal items, etc.
Whatever the causes which have led by virtue of his capacity as an intermediary between passengers and the various service providers (transport company, hotels, restaurants, etc.) Being the responsibility covered by the companies providing the service.
08 - Returns:
It will not be assessed any refund on unused services by the will of the passengers.
09 - Cancellation:
NO-SHOW is charged (equivalent to the total package) to all booking made by the Agency and are not canceled in a timely manner: 30 days prior to arrival.
10 - Passenger knowledge:
Travel Acceptance implies adherence to all the terms which the passenger declares to know and accept it when booking.
11 - Fees:
Rates are subject to change without notice.
